Product Manager- Kids Games and Subscriptions

At Red Games Co. the  Product Manager will work in close partnership with our studio’s creative leadership and technical leadership to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps driving toward maximum performance in areas of a game including subscriptions. The Product Manager must use data and analysis to help drive all key decisions to optimize the experience and business goals. The “magic recipe” is to achieve business objectives while prioritizing a player-first approach and maintaining alignment with Red Games Co. core values and mission. The Product Manager (PM) for our 3-8 y/o subscription-based games focuses on working closely with our product leadership team to increase player engagement, key retention metrics , and help drive revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
     
    • Work closely with the product leadership team to define and execute against the established product vision and roadmap with a clear understanding of the target audience and business goals.
       
    • Align features and content with subscription metrics: activation, engagement, retention, LTV.
       
  2. User Acquisition & Onboarding
     
    • Help lead efforts to optimize the  first-time user experience (FTUE) and onboarding flows to convert new users into subscribers.
       
    • Collaborate with marketing and UA teams to ensure product readiness for campaigns.
       
  3. Retention & Engagement Loops
     
    • Participate in evaluating and evolving core game loops, and brainstorming/planning ongoing content updates that keep players returning and entertained. 
    • Help develop live ops plan and feature prioritization that drive daily/weekly/monthly active usage.
       
  4. Monetization & Pricing
     
    • Analyze and test subscription tiers, pricing strategies, and bundled offers.
       
    • Work closely with finance and data teams to project revenue and optimize churn rates.
       
  5. User Research & Feedback
     
    • Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform decisions.
       
    • Validate features through A/B testing, usability testing, and analytics.
       
  6. Cross-functional Leadership
     
    • Collaborate with product leadership team, creative & design teams, engineers, analysts, marketing/UA, and customer support to execute product initiatives.
       
    • Be the voice of the user while balancing business constraints.
       
  7. Data & KPI Ownership
     
    • Monitor and improve KPIs like ARPU, retention (D1/D7/D30), CAC:LTV ratio, churn, and engagement rates.
       
    • Use dashboards and insights to make informed, iterative product decisions.
